Added Logback configuration

Added configuration for Logback.
  * For amazon-kinesis-client the configuration is only in test.
  * For amazon-kinesis-client-multilang the configuration is both for
    test, and normal use.

Some additional dependency fighting.  IntelliJ was really confused.
