Add Deflater and DeflaterOutputStream ( #1209 )
...
Deflater allows one to control, for example, the level of compression
used. The DeflaterOutputStream is the parent of GZIPOutputStream
class, and allows raw zlib compressed stream (i.e. no gzip header/footer).
