a1e51bf007 Fix #157 by adding next.jdbc/execute-batch! 
This breaks the circular dependency completely.
`next.jdbc.prepare/execute-batch!` is deprecated.

Expands the documentation around each place it is referenced. Expands 
the namespace docstring. Adds a mention of it to the result-set 
namespace docstring.
