Alpha 7; clean up deps

Alpha 6; expand testing to multiple DB types
Now tests: Derby, H2 in-memory (as before), H2 on-disk, HSQLDB, and
SQLite.

Rename doc files (to match URL versions); fix all doc links
It feels like it ought to be easier to link between docs and have them
work on both GitHub and cljdoc!
