Setup clj-kondo files for each module Clojure-lsp will run clj-kondo on the module folders, so those modules should refer back to root configuration. Clj-kondo itself works the same, if running from a module directory. Some editor plugins might run clj-kondo on the working directory always (reitit root folder usually), and in those cases this isn't needed.
