2ed5b48067 Fix resource handler path matching

ce635609c7 Omit swagger-data for muuntaja middleware/interceptor 
Leave out swagger-data when `:form`, but no `:body` parameters, are
defined. If swagger-data is not omitted, order of parameters and
muuntaja middleware will matter.

87d7e2e3c9 Fix: rename a test to make it run
